How to configure HubSpot x DATEV Unternehmen Online

To configure your HubSpot x DATEV Unternehmen Online integration, you must make sure you have bought the integration.


Authorizing HubSpot App


Once you have successfully purchased it, you will see the configuration page.



First you need to connect your HubSpot user account. To do that, click on Install App. You will be redirected to the HubSpot app installation page.



After you click Connect App, you will redirected back to the configuration page.


Connecting DATEV Unternehmen API


To enable synchronization with DATEV Unternehmen, you need to authorize DATEV Unternehmen connection. To do that click on Authorize DATEV Unternehmen online and you will redirected to the DATEV Unternehmen sign in.




Once you have connected your DATEV Unternehmen Account, you will see a dropdown with companies you can authorize the connection with. Select the company you want to import the invoices to.





Finally, you need to select the document type so we upload the document to the correct place. To do that, select the document type for this connection. In this example we selected Rechnungseingang. Then click on Save Document Type.




Once you have completed all the steps you will see everything as marked as checked. Make sure your integration is activated like the picture below:


 


Congratulations! You are all done. Try the integration by creating an open invoice in HubSpot.
